You have full control over the information stored by 369 Manifest. Most of your data — intentions, reflections, schedule — lives locally on your device and can be erased at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of any data we may hold (analytics identifiers, subscription records, support correspondence), email us from the address associated with your account:
- Email: support@my369practice.com
- Subject: Data deletion request
- Include: the device platform (Android/iPhone) and, optionally, your Play Store order ID
Timeline
We confirm requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
What may be retained
We may retain a minimal record where legally required, including:
- Financial transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
In-app deletion
You can also clear all locally stored intentions and reflections from the App's Settings screen at any time.
