These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 369 Manifest mobile application ("App") and related services. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
- Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Do not use the App to violate any applicable law.
Subscriptions
The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the Google Play Store (and, later, the Apple App Store). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, logo, design, copy, and the structured 369 practice as implemented within the App, is the intellectual property of 369 Manifest. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.
Disclaimers
369 Manifest is a focus and mindfulness tool. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, financial, or professional advice. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 369 Manifest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via our website.
